Create and Manage Portfolios

Portfolios let you separate trading accounts, strategies, or goals. The active portfolio controls which trades and analytics are shown throughout the app.

Before you start

Decide what each portfolio represents, such as a brokerage account or a strategy.

Your plan may limit how many portfolios you can create.

Moving a trade between portfolios is not part of portfolio setup; create or import it into the intended portfolio from the start.

1

Open the Portfolios settings tab

Portfolio management is under Settings.

  • Open Settings from the navigation.
  • Choose the Portfolios tab.
  • Review the list to see the active and default portfolios.
2

Create a portfolio

Add a clear name that will be easy to recognize in the portfolio picker.

  • Enter a new portfolio name.
  • Click Create.
  • Wait for the new portfolio to appear in the list.
3

Rename, reorder, or remove portfolios

Keep the list tidy as your accounts change.

  • Use the pencil icon to rename a portfolio.
  • Use the move controls or drag-and-drop to reorder it.
  • Use Delete only after confirming the portfolio is no longer needed; deleting it permanently removes its trades too.

Tip: The default portfolio cannot be removed. Review the deletion prompt carefully before continuing.

4

Switch the active portfolio

The portfolio picker changes the context across the dashboard, trades, reports, and analytics.

  • Use the portfolio picker near the top of the app.
  • Choose the portfolio you want to work in.
  • Confirm the active label before adding, importing, or editing trades.
Good to know

Use concise names such as a brokerage name, account type, or strategy name.

Switch portfolios before reading metrics so the dashboard reflects the correct set of trades.
