  The subtitle's "risk-free" is wrong, and it matters. A covered call carries the entire downside of owning the shares; the premium offsets a small part of a decline and nothing more. It also caps your upside, which is the real cost. Why this matters.

  Good for: Learning the put-selling side of the wheel alongside the covered-call book.

  "Safe, steady income in all market conditions" overstates it. A cash-secured put has the same downside as owning the shares below your strike, and weekly cycles multiply the trading friction. You cross the bid-ask spread around a hundred times a year. Why this matters.
